What is the difference between DGCA Type Certification and DGCA approval?+
DGCA Type Certification confirms that a particular drone model meets the applicable certification requirements. It does not automatically grant permission for every flight or exempt operators from applicable airspace, pilot, registration, and operational requirements.
Is the Chatak drone DGCA type-certified?+
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Drone Directorate issued Type Certificate T0324000001G to Chatak Innovations LLP for CADTECH HEXA on 5 March 2024.
What is the warranty on the drone?+
We provide a warranty in accordance with the product and component terms. Please contact our team for detailed warranty coverage.
Do you provide finance or loan assistance?+
Yes. We assist customers with financing options through our banking and financial partners.
How much land can the drone spray in a day?+
Depending on crop, field conditions and tank capacity, the drone can cover a significant area efficiently. Our team will guide you based on your application.
Is training compulsory?+
Applicable remote pilot training and certification requirements must be met, alongside registration, airspace and operational requirements.
Do you provide DGCA pilot licence training?+
Chatak facilitates drone pilot training through its partner institute, Rajarambapu Institute of Technology (RIT), Islampur. Training is delivered through the partner RPTO, subject to applicable DGCA requirements. The exact approved legal name and DGCA authorization details are pending verification.
Do you provide after-sales service and spare parts?+
Yes. We offer dedicated after-sales service, technical support and genuine spare parts.
